Refund policy
At Selór, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59).
To start a return, please contact us at hello@selors.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, including the Selór dust bag.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, we reserve the right to make a deduction corresponding to any reduction in value.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
If the item shows signs of use or wear, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value before issuing your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@selors.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may also email us to request a product change before shipment.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
Complaints
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@selors.eu including:
- your order number
- a photo showing the defect or issue
If your complaint is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the law.
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), you have a three-year right to complain about goods purchased from us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Uncollected Packages & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, a handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
If you would like the order resent, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
If a package is returned to us because these fees were not paid, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Only the product cost will be refunded once the return is received.
