Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM (CEST) will be shipped out the same day. We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Fees:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs except in the following scenarios:
- Orders over 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping (applicable worldwide).
- During free shipping promotional campaigns or when a free shipping code is used.

Shipping Times by Region:
- Sweden: 1-2 business days  
- Denmark & Finland: 1-3 business days  
- Germany: 4 business days  
- Rest of Europe: 5 business days  

- United States: 5-10 business days  
- Canada: 7 business days  

- Worldwide: Up to 10 business days  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Please note that for deliveries outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. They are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable duties or import fees before placing your order.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, please note that we will not issue a refund for shipping costs or for any items that are returned to us in a non-resellable condition.
