Return Policy

At Selór, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, including the original dust bag. The item must not have been worn. If you wish to return your item, please contact us at hello@selors.eu to start the return process.

Please be aware that as the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We advise using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt as proof of your return.


Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Be aware that processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary, depending on your bank or credit card company.



Responsibilities and Limitations
We do not accept responsibility for packages that are returned to us due to non-collection by the recipient. We are also not liable for packages returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. In these cases, refunds will not be issued.

If you realize an incorrect address has been provided, it is crucial to contact us immediately to correct it. However, once the package is dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or take action regarding the delivery address. In such instances, we cannot accept responsibility if the package cannot be delivered as originally intended.

Should a package be returned to us and the customer requests it to be resent, the customer will bear the costs for the additional shipping. 

 

Damages and issues
We take pride in providing high-quality products at Selór, but we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@selors.eu within 72 hours of delivery.

When you contact us, please include:
- Photos of the faulty or incorrect item
- Order number for reference

We cannot accept defective or damaged items reported after 72 hours from delivery.

At Selór, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so we'll work with you to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept refunds on sale items.

 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for a different size or style. The quickest and most efficient way to do this is to contact us at hello@selors.eu  within 72 hours of delivery to start the return of the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. 

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, you still have the option to email us and request a product change. You can log in to your account and check the status of your order, or with the order confirmation email.

Once we receive and accept your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item you want.

Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt as proof of return.
