Processing Time:
Orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM (CEST) will be shipped out the same day or the following day. Please allow 1–2 days for your order to be processed. Our team aims to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

- Orders over 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping (applicable worldwide).
- During free shipping promotional campaigns or when a free shipping code is used.

Import Taxes & Customs Duties
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Please note that for deliveries outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. They are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, please note that we will not issue a refund for shipping costs or for any items that are returned to us in a non-resellable condition.
