To small and hurts

The hairband is very nice but unfortunately cannot be used as it is too small and hurts when you wear it.

Hello, we’re sorry to hear that the headband feels uncomfortable. Since it’s made from cellulose acetate, it will naturally adjust to the shape of your head over time. It’s really nice, but when it’s hot, the headband gets out of shape and now it doesn’t fit as well anymore.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the headband is made from cellulose acetate, the material can become more flexible when exposed to heat. I recommend soaking the headband in warm water, reshaping it to your desired fit, and then setting it with cold water. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact us at hello@selors.eu

Love the color but it’s very stiff

I really love the color and material. However, the headband is sadly a bit small and stiff so it won’t lay flat on my head which also causes it to hurt a lot! I find this a bit odd as I don’t have a very large head at all, but as I like the style of it I guess I’ll have to find a way to stretch it out a bit!

You might try gently bending the headband to ease the fit, or wearing it for short periods to gradually loosen it without causing discomfort.
