PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2 PM (CEST) are typically shipped the same day or the following business day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on Swedish public holidays will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse team.
For orders shipped to Japan with addresses provided in Japanese script, please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for processing, as we manually romanize the address on our side to ensure smooth delivery through the local carrier.
Our team aims to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for shipping costs except in the following scenarios:
- Orders over 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping (applicable worldwide).
- During free shipping promotional campaigns or when a free shipping code is used at checkout.

Please note the below are estimated delivery times from the moment your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Sweden: 1 to 2 business days
- Denmark and Finland: 2 to 4 business days
- Germany: 3 to 6 business days
- Rest of Western Europe (UK, Netherlands, Belgium, France, etc.): 5 to 10 business days
- Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece): 7 to 14 business days
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada: 10 to 15 business days
- Japan, Australia and Asia Pacific: 10 to 20 business days
- Rest of world: 15 to 30 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, and public holidays in the destination country. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to influence the transit time on the carrier's side, however we are always happy to help investigate if your package appears delayed.
IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. Please note that for deliveries outside of the European Union (EU), your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. They are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any applicable duties or import fees before placing your order.
If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs charges, please note that we will not issue a refund for shipping costs or for any items that are returned to us in a non-resellable condition.
